Food Intolerance testing and fertility (updated July 2009)
Since 2006 many patients using NaProTechnology have availed of food intolerance testing and dietary strategies in an attempt to improve general health and fertility.
We recommend the FoodPrint 40 and candida antibody test as listed at www.cambridge-nutritional.com . Ordering a test is simple as described HERE. After you receive your test results, useful dietary advice is available HERE. In our clinical experience to date, changing your diet will improve fertility and reduce your risk of miscarriage if your IgG antibody levels are elevated..

First Paper published on LDN Jan 07
LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) is an immune modifying treatment that has been used as part of NaProTechnology fertility treatment since 2004. Clinical experience in the use of this medication is very positive but until now there were no published scientific papers to demonstrate the immune modifying properties of LDN. At last Professor Jill Smith et al have published a pilot study demonstrating the effectiveness of LDN in Crohn's disease...a condition caused by the immune system attacking the digestive tract. Click HERE for an abstract of the study from the American Journal of Gastroenterology 2007.
